Doubt about game configuration

Hello

 

Which option is best for performance, set up desktop for 16bpp and play in window mode or 32bpp but fullscreen.

I'm trying to maximize the maximum possible fps.

I just kept testing all the different options until I found the best one for my monitor.  I had to move the start menu bar to the left hand side instead of on the bottom because of the size of my monitor, the best option was covered by the bar on the bottom but i had a little bit of room on the side. the rest of them either had too much screen behind or was cut off either on the top/bottom or sides.  So I would just test them all to see.
