where do i find

i was looking at the higher lvl armors on the site and seen "Stylish Uniform" its lvl 100.. where do you find or get it at? and can any char use it??

Not all on the list is in game .

 

some are special to gm only.

 

but no the ones you looked at arent in game.. Dragon armor is the lvl 100
