Both servers have active GMs imo, if you wanna find out which server is better for you, you should try both servers.

Well if you are starting fresh I would recommend rPT. This server is newer and it's easier for find parties for low level. Alsowtcommunity is more active than uPT^^

Also, rPT's economy is balanced. You won't have to donate if you want to be good.
