Perfect Items, Hm ?

Hello,

Now im really confused, i thought "Perfect Items" were Perfect and therefore top its own version.

 

But i saw a weapon someone sold where the class spec had more ATK rating than the perfect version offered,

What have i missed this time? lol

What do you mean? The perfect has +3 more AR than the item drop... 

 

Lvl 3 is worse than lvl 1, because the AR is split into 3.....

lv/1 is better than lv/3 hahahahaha
because is your lvl ÷ 1~3 
example your lvl is 104 so
104 / 3 = atk rating add = 34,666...
104 / 2 = atk rating add = 53,6
104 / 1 = atk rating add = 104
