Fair to the players ? @ GM

From batch GM scanning  hack and cheat on 19 / 3 , Many people were baned . In which there are many hackers and cheating but many people do not why he was baned . When they request unban the GM just said: you are baned by sandurr and open response to GM-sandurr . They has more than a month now they persisted up topic to wait GM review for them but not see GM come read and review for them . I know they are good players and do not want to hack the game . After reading any topic I knew a lot of reasons:              That transaction has been confused with hack gold or share with hacker . So I want to ask the GM a few things as follows:

1> We are the players can not distinguish gold hack or hacker

2> We sell items for them but do not know that hackers and GM baned us  because we've been trading with them

3> GM did not have any warnings for players to know to avoid dealing with them

4> Already a month , we need to know to get unban ? Everyday we persist in reading topic and waiting  gm reply

We  would GM do something , let the good players back . Thanks GM
