Bosshour (crystals)

Hi, my question is when bosshour for crystals happens? Is it on a fixed time or is it random?

I don't mean what time bosses spawn, i mean when you spawn a crystal and it's a boss.

 

If somebody knows the bosshour time for crystals please do tell me, also tell me in what timezone it is.

It's a fixed time.

 

If I remember it correctly it happens from 12:00 to 14:00 and 20:00 to 22:00 (server time).
