Question about new T5 skill for Mech

Can anyone explain how this skill works??? When I cast Precision none of my stats change.

I tried casting Automation first and then Precision and still when I cast Precision my stats stay the same.

Precision gives 200% of auto and also adds atr and crit but i dont see any diffrence with Precision.
