As title states. Its been awhile since ive played this game. 

I know some skills have been nerfed. I have a MGS, and a PS. 

I hope some of you guys can show me around town and see whats new and whats the best way to update my skills. what skills have a cooldown and which one dont etc..

I dont have alot of money so i cant retrain skills just by trial and error.  I hope someone can help. thank you.! 

and any spare  items would help too!

people told me to go waterado too? whats your thoughts on that?

flame wave has no cooldown so why use waterado?
