Why didn't you show us your PA?

 

MA and PA are linked together. Lets say you have level 10 MA, but lvl 1 PA then it's pretty useless as well.

 

I had a friend who did that and didn't know why he couldn't tank well.

 

Also shouldn't this be in the Mech section?

hes saying he can tank considerably better after he casts compulsion a second time... which shouldn't stack

Er maybe because you casted compulsion into thin air? You are supposed to cast it near mobs.
