Duty of atlantis, I can't go to atlantis!!!

I got the quest, I went to battle town got my lvl 100 robe, went to ric to respec it.

 

Then I went to go back to atlantis to do quest, but he just says come back to me when quest is done!!!!

 

How can I warp to atlantis town to do the quest if he won't warp me, I looked around for atlantis cores, but seems to be none on this server, and the teleport core doesn't have atlantis in its menu.

 

Help this is really annoying.

 

PS I already did a search, and theres tons of bug reports (mainly about warping to md3) but no answers.

the npc wont warp you twice othrwise there would be no point in finishing the quest

create 1. mule then go to atlantis to buy a core then trade it to your main char.

Thought he said warps u for free till lvl 100, so make it cost 10k after lvl 100?
