Old mixing formula doesn't work

i tried mixing item using the old mixing formula guide but it doesn't  seem to work..good thing the item was returned though i loss the sheltoms.  Anyway my question to other players is: am i missing something? Or where can i find the new mixing formula guide?

Any mixing formula outside the ones listed in the Formula list (ingame / forum) are not valid.
