How do you get to the town after Navisko's cores?

Looking for the cores for that town you get to after Navisko, its the town that looks like old Ricarten back in 2002.

Hello there !

 

I guess you mean Atlantis Town ? You can go there by Ricarten's boat it is located on the east side of the map (just press tab and you'll see it) . Once you reach Atlantis, you can buy cores from the Supply Store there.

 

By using the boat you can also access other maps/towns like Battle Town
