just enough to wear your items, and then all the rest on strenght to full power, maybe a little in vitality, it all depends the situation, the content you wanna do... thats why we have reset status points stones, to change whenever we want.. also a good tip is before log out, put down all the stats you have above the minimum for your items, so the next day you can replace them again wherever you want, without paying again a reset stone.. ^^
