Just wondering if powerlevel is allowed and If It is How much does It cost ? Dont really like The ideia of buying another char...

By powerlevel you mean going in the shop and paying to the "server" level you up? If so, wartale doesn't have something like this. In here, you levelup yourself, buy an account higher level using coins or pay coins to someone (service) to level up for you.

exactly , i just wanna pay someone to level up my char , i dont really wanna buy another account...

Yes, you can, its called xp service, and usually pay by trillions of XP.

You can set a shared password and another person can use you account with limits set by you ( pickup items, unequip items, trade items.... etc)
