Asking about Exp event and Party Quest

I have a noob question. Will the Exp event affect to the quantity of exp we get in the party quest

 

Example:

Undead quest give us 20 bil exp, so in the exp event it's still 20 bil or increases to 40 bil ?

 

And the same question for other + exp quest in rPT

Since the usual way to up (xp maps) will get 2x xp, Q's HAVE TO get 2x xp also...
