For ex., if I change class premium from FS to PRS, when I choose on coin shop class change premium, items will change to or not ???

Using the included 7 runes to change the spec of the items, I think.

From your ex., you will have 7 prs runes in your inventory to change the spec of your fs' items.

Hummmm, I think too, anyway many thanks for your help, but I am still confused.

 

Continue with doubt, how can I change fs items, like axe 120 to staff 120 or shield 124 to orb 124 to prs items with runes ?

You can change bracelets, gauntlets, boots and acessories' specs with runes. Axe -> Staff and stuff like that must be done by a GM.
