If you tell some guy to get lost but he is keeping KSing and stealing, then you should indeed SS it and report. If some guy comes by only kills 1 moriph steals the loot and walks further, then reporting would not be ok

Damn ! There was a prs that came to my spawn, loot all things on floor, and went out, came, loot, went out, a lot of times.. Damn, so annoying
