Q 1) Is it not allowed to use low level sheltoms got from NPC to do sheltom cloning?

* I tried to use 3 Murky and 1 Devine and try to get 2 Devine but failed for many times.

 

Q 2)Is it 100% sucess for sheltom cloning if using sheltoms drop from hunting maps?
