Nerf t5 prs buff

well that was a good try , but after i tried it its pertty much huge boots 

from 2.5%( x2 on un dead )  to 20% ( 40% on undead)  its OP buff

 

bc was empty .. now will be more empty 

quest will finish in no time + boss now will dor super quick  so what the point ?  and  its just make game boring .

 

no need to boots a buff party to any chars    since they buff allreday fine !

but 2 new solo quest are awesome    so +1  on that .

a noob question: that buff works on aoe skill too, or just for 1 vs 1.  If dont work for aoe, well... is useless on quest, except on Ice mine Q

this buff only works on "1 on 1" skill

The buff should only work on PvE, because 20% final damage on PvP is extremely overpower.
