Bug skill Ice Meteorite?

After maintenance, when i use skill Ice Meteorite, my screen keep shaking @@. OMG, i certainly have a terrible headache

F10 Settings > General > Camera Shake > [  ] ON  [X] OFF

Does anyone bother to read the patch notes? It is a feature that has returned and by default got turned on. You have to manually go in and turn it off.
