Any idea how does the box work?

I want a javellin 134+22.

How can I obtain it with standard or premium boxes?

I'm not sure but.

 

The premium box has a 'reskin' of your actual weapon.

 

In other words, if you have a 134 jav +22, you're going to have a 134 halloween weapon +22
