skill discription unclear

i cannot understand the discription clearly.

skill stinger: hits TWICE => deals damage twice

Skill double blow:deals CONTINUOUS...  => deals damage twice

skill venom thorn:Attack TWICE... => sometimes it deals twice, sometime once

skill ninja shadow: deals CONTINUOS... => deals damage once

and some skills are told to hit repeatly

i used skill on bargon mystic. i dont know how to test properly, but those are what i saw

and what is the damage of poison and burn and "decrease health" status, how to calculate
