my char being jailed??

I get that frequently due to my wireless router being an ass. When I'm playing ingame and my router decides to kill itself, after a few brief smashes and a power d/c then r/c I try to log back in and it tells me that I'm still logged in.

 

You just have to wait a good few minutes for your character to fully d/c from the server before you can log back in.
