only one character per account can be online at any given time, but you can have multiple game clients running with different accounts logged in at the same time

the first ~15 levels, just punch things in the first map outside of town. There are some beginner quests that you can do really easy for some gold reward (suggest you checkout the quest list on the main website).

 

Once you're level 15 or so, should have enough gold to get Thales Armor (or the robe equivalent) and a bunch of mystic crystals from the huntress. You can get a teleport core from the premium shop and goto Oasis and spawn 10 crystals at a time, let them kill things for you while you run around collecting gold and staying alive, should be lvl ~50+ in no time that way. Then move on to do the quests you've missed, which will put you at lvl 80-85
