questions about the quests and drop rate

i have been trying for some time to finish the quest ring in the tower . Until now without success . I've killed hundreds and nothing -Maybe it is related to the drop rate has changed recently - making the issue is not fair . Moreover anyone know if the king fury start to strike ? It just does not appear

The ring quest (125) is really hard, i made a long time ago, and

the second one is even harder than the first one.

 

Just be patience and good luck.
