Makes a random big head potion... one is for speed, one if for health, and i think here is a third one i am not sure

One adds +3 running speed, one adds +10 HP regen with +10 health, one adds +50 of each health/mana/stamina and the last adds +2% block rating.

i saw players selling in ric, high of 20kk and low of 5kk. also i noticed that even at 5kk there are not much takers.

The spheres drop more often than the blank potions (you need 1 sphere for every 3 potions and they drop like every other).  So I imagine that there is not much demand for the spheres.
