this may be a problem with your modem, your browser or even your ISP.

delete your browser history and cache, restart your modem and try again.

I have same shit in the uni.

But well just google webproxy and the 1st hit is working. Very good proxyblock >.<

 

But this forum isnt blocking proxys.
