well i'm trying to acces a forum and when i try to open the page return me this message

 

403 Forbidden (sometimes just forbidden)

 

You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

this may be a problem with your modem, your browser or even your ISP.

delete your browser history and cache, restart your modem and try again.

Or behind a proxy for upt.

I have same shit in the uni.

But well just google webproxy and the 1st hit is working. Very good proxyblock >.<

 

But this forum isnt blocking proxys.
