Tier 4 Skills

Hi bros & sis ,

 

I'm having a difficulty in picking a skill in tier 4. Need some experts advise here :

 

1 - Understand that Evasion has to be maxed,

2 - Rest of the points, should i go for Wolf, Phoenix or Force of Nature

Am currently lv 96 , mostly attributes goes to agi,

Will up str more than 100 to wear certain armors,

Hp at base

Follow this order Evade>Force of Nature> Phoenix> Wolf

One more thing,

 

What about tier 5, i think the Increase walking speed is all matter, follow by stun arrow right ?

First Speed then Stun, Phoenix Speed increases Speed and Evade too
