For Report User section

This is noob quesiton about for report user (but honestly I don't know how it is worked)...normally all MOB take care with "processed" of final answer, but so far MOB do have GM power/or NOT to take action ? or the list come to GM and GM take action ? Which GM take action of this ?

MOB doesnt take care of process.

MOB has nothing to do in forum

MOB doesnt communicate with GM

 

PS: MOB is taken care by game players who have gone crazy killing MOB for their very own sake of either exp or items.
