Regeneration Field While AFK?

it is not uncommon to see players being healed by priestesses AFKs, who only fly, but how do they do it?

use a PRS to heal my knight while tank

Yeah but this way,

PRS it’s just a mule atm, she suppose to be a support / healer but they are afk in exp maps & Bc. 

People use her to be in the party & give skills only.
