What is the best build for ata 14x for bc?

i guess people are using build with strenght for the top armor u have, like, 136 +22, 132 +22 etc, but i guess that are a few who uses Phantom Armor too, the skills are the same as always, twist jav, vengeance, split jav, etc etc

depends on what u want, if u want to hit alot but not to tank, use thales bsol or phantom bsol with a shield 120 or 124 that use between 98-110 str, and put all in agility, if u want to tank but hit a bit less, use armor and shield 13x+22
