If someone has been standing in a spawn for like 5 minutes not killing just sitting there.

Can i start killing even if the person is just chillin there not even killing.

Or can i still be reported for ks?

i think he knows alot and i consider him as mod. lol

if he told you to jump off a bridge, its probably for a good reason. lol but truth is he's a man of facts and he wouldn't steer you wrong.
