How many times can we reset skills/stats

Somehow by mistake i think i reseted my stats/skills with event girl as i started my new pikeman but i need to reset because i made a little mistake like the noob i am...  event girl is saying now i can only reset once...  im lvl 63 by the way... how can i reset (i dont want to wait till i rank up again...  f that )

you can reset as much as you want, just relog
