How much HP to add?

What's the recommended amount of HP to add to a KS, say late 13x? Or is it best to leave it pure? I would like to lure in DiQ in future & stuff but not sure how much is enough.

If you go for lurer, I would say to go for full health, this case, it will be easier for you to tank moobs while luring.
